City Tour: The City Tour will start at Place Saint Lambert, Liège. We will be waiting infront of the Galleries Saint Lambert Entrance. Please take an umbrella and proper shoes to cross the pebbled city streets and prepare yourself for thr stairs of Bueren. Meeting Location 26 April at 18:00 (Click Here for Google Map)
The city tour is inspired by the 2017 seminar theme urban green infrastructure and biodiversity. During almost one hour we will take you in a walking tour to explore the Green Infrastrucutre and Historical Green Spaces of Liège: The “Coteaux de la Citadelle”.
· Start : 18.00 from “Place Saint Lambert”
· Visit of the Coteaux de la Citadelle
o Access to the “Terrasses des Minimes” from “Impasse des Ursulines”
o Exit of the Terrasses around 18.30 at Rue Pierreuse n°38
o Access to the “Ferme de la Vache” and the “Favechamps’” orchard
o Tour of the fortification through “Boulevard du Troisième Génie”
· Viewpoint on Liège and descent of the “Montagne de Bueren”
· Heading to the Restaurant.
